One day as I was looking around at different medal holders to hold the massive amounts of medals Matt has collected, I found this!
It's no secret that I love to travel. I blame it on my parents for taking me around the Globe as I was growing up. Matt and his athletics is yet another perfect way to travel! We started thinking, He's already done Marathon Week's Dopey Challenge in Florida.
On a trip to Dallas we were talking about it with family in-laws. Matt was talked into signing up for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. So off we went!
I had been feeling better until the night that we left. I thought it was just allergies. Being with my cousin's mother and father in-law, we decided we couldn't walk around the course to see him at different spots faster than he was running. We made our way to the finish line and camped out waiting for them. There I ended up falling asleep in the bleachers, but was awake in time to see Matt make it across the finish line!
